It is being reported that a man in Australia is taking his first steps in more than 20 years. The man was a meatpacking worker when he suffered a stroke. Since then, he has lost his ability to walk and his wife left him.
After a month of treatment with Botox injections, the man is now able to walk for the first time. The man can walk about 20 yards unaided, or 100 yards with the assistance of a walker. This is amazing progress, and shows that the use of Botox for the treatment of other conditions has a lot of potential in the future.
